• Whole chicken 1
• Onion ground 1
• 250 gm Yogurt
• Green chilies 10
• Lemon juice ½ cup
• Oil ½ cup
• Garlic powder 1 tsp
• 1 tsp Ginger powder
• Salt 1 tsp
• Carom seeds roasted 2 tsp
• Cumin seeds roasted 2 tsp
• Nutmeg ½ tsp
• Mace ½ tsp
• Chili powder 2 tsp
Method:
• Marinate whole chicken with roasted carom seeds, roasted cumin seeds, ginger powder, garlic powder, salt, nutmeg, mace, chili powder and lemon juice.
• Keep it marinated for 1 hour.
• Heat oil in pan, add in chopped green chilies and fry.
• Now add marinated chicken and fry well from both sides for 10 minutes.
• Now add yogurt, ground onion and cook for another 30 minutes.
• Murgh Musallam is ready to serve.
